How much are the delivery charges?

Charges on product deliveries vary from product sizes and quantity to delivery destinations. Delivery payments are made during product purchase (Via Bank Transfer)

Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?

Products sold by smarttools are purchased directly from manufacturers since we are their registered distributor. Some of the devices are covered under a manufacturer warranty.

We also offer a standard 7 day return policy for eligible items in case you need to make a return.

To return any items bought on smarttools.ng, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy. All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

How will the delivery be done?

We process most of our deliveries through available trusted Courier Service Companies. Depending on proximity, we can also deliver directly to certain locations using our company vehicles.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 7 days however, this may vary by location and even product.

Does Smarttools deliver internationally?

Smarttools.ng doesn’t deliver items internationally.
However, you’re welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

 

Delivery Methods

 Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associate makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 5 days (8.00 am to 4.00pm) after which the item will be cancelled.

 

Pickup Stations: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station.
